Information we collect
When you submit a service request, Virginia Fire & Safety Management, LLC (VFSM) collects the information you provide. This may include your name, job title, email address, phone number, company information, facility details, requested services, and the circumstances that prompted your inquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your business and facility, assess requested services, prepare estimates or proposals, coordinate service, maintain customer and prospect records, and improve our intake process.
Where it is stored
Service requests may be stored in VFSM’s secured website systems and Google Workspace records. Access is limited to VFSM and service providers that support these business systems. We do not sell or rent submitted information for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain customer relationships, operate the business, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information when doing so does not conflict with a legitimate business or legal requirement.
Sensitive information
Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the service-request form.
